Come and join us in harvesting our grapes in Kefalonia and win bottles of our wines. We normally harvest our white (which is a Chardonnay) at the end of July and the red (Cabernet Sauvignon and a Greek variety called Mavrodafni), end of August. We will be very happy to show you as well the procedure for pressing the grapes. They first go into a crusher which automatically discards the stem. After being crushed, the grapes are then pressed. The juice collected is put into large stainless steel tanks for fermentation at low temperatures. Come and enjoy the experience of agrotourism at Stella Vineyard in Greece. We also invite you to participate in picking olives in November. A truly unique and relaxing experience.
